Coastal

The blue sea wears pretty pearls and laps the waves on the silent beach.

The idea for this painting came from when I was walking on the beach. I often wondered if the beach would look better when the waves were lapping at it if it was another color. I chose to add quartz sand to the acrylics when I painted the whole painting because it gives a beautiful texture and is full of the texture of the beach. When I painted the waves, I added some pearls of different sizes to the foam of the waves, which I felt would make the whole painting look better. Since I had never been to the beach before I came to the US, here, this led to a lot of curiosity about the sea, and I used my brush to paint a different kind of coast.

Acrylic, quartz sand, pearl

The highlight of this painting is the pearls in the waves, because when I watched cartoons as a child, I could always see mermaids with beautiful pearls, so I think pearls and the sea are inseparable. And the acrylic with the addition of quartz sand makes the real picture very three-dimensional in the painting. In this work I know that the waves are turned into beautiful bubbles before they disappear. The most challenging part of the painting was to make the beautiful wave effect, and after several attempts I finally found a suitable method.
